Instructions for Presenters
Oral Presentations
Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation, which can be uploaded onto the provided laptop via USB prior to the start of your session. All presentation time slots are either 20 or 40 minutes in length, including questions.
Poster Presentation Details
Posters will be affixed to wooden poster stands in the designated poster exhibit room, using tacks (provided). The poster boards will readily accommodate printed posters that are 3 feet high by 4 feet in length.
Presenters should install their posters by 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 17th (room 270). Your poster must be removed prior to your departure at the end of the conference.
Poster presenters must attend their posters from 17:00 to 18:00 on June 17th to be eligible for poster prizes (multiple prizes will be available). Winners of poster prizes will be announced and prizes distributed during the lobster dinner banquet on the following night.
